How Membership Works
What happens if I can't continue being a member?
Of course we would miss you, but we understand life and unexpected emergencies can get in the way. You can simply contact us to suspend your membership until you're ready to resume. Members will be given a one term grace period to pause their membership and still be guaranteed a spot upon their return.

- Register and confirm your account, select "Quarterly Membership" membership option and nominate your 'home' Glee Club location.
- Fill your details on our dedicated Choir Management system (click the icon above) and arrange payment.
- Once your membership is approved and set up, you'll be able to attend all our Glee Clubs for all the times we have available. The membership fee is non-refundable unless there is exceptional circumstances.
- You'll be given access to our Choir Management system which houses all the sheet music, video tutorials, audio files, links, special event invitations, Glee team contact details, online shop, financial information and more.
- Membership fees will automatically renew (as long as your credit card details are set to auto-renew) and can be stopped anytime.
- Quarterly Membership covers your weekly Glee sessions during the selected term period as well as access to all relevant music resources and selected member only events that take place during that period.

Term 1 begins week commencing 2 February until 3 April
(2 week holiday break 4 April to 19 April)

WANT TO JOIN, BUT CAN'T QUITE AFFORD IT YET?
Using our voices is free, but joining a singing community isn’t without its costs. We have potential Gleeks and current Gleeks who need our help. Sometimes term fees are too overwhelming when times are tough. Adult Glee Club is all about being #togetherinmusic and we want to help those who need our positive energy the most.
Since 2023 we've started a fundraising account to give people who have a financial barrier or are experiencing hardship the chance to join a Glee Club of their choice. Our members have the option of making a donation, no matter how small, to help us create a pool of resources to give the gift of music.
It's a simple and powerful scheme that lets our Glee community pay it forward. As our vision reminds us: The power of singing in harmony brings people together. It inspires, uplifts and changes lives. That’s what we do.
So if you're in need of a genuine helping hand, be it for a term or a few, why not apply for our Glee Sponsorship program.
