How Trial Passes Work
  1. Pick the Glee Club location you want to attend
  2. Pick the date you want to attend. We offer two (2) opportunities to trial a Glee session. These are held on the 1st and 6th weeks of each singing term.
  3. Upon registration you'll receive a confirmation email with venue and contact details.
  4. Each trial pass entitles one person to attend one session. 
  5. If you are unable to attend your nominated session, you can reschedule to the next trial date by following the instructions in the reminder confirmation email. We don't offer refunds.
  6. Finally, rock up to your Glee session and give group singing a try. We just want you to have fun without any pressure.

What happens after my trial session?
You'll be contacted by one of our friendly Glee team members to see how you went. If you know you want to become a member, you can easily visit this website page and immediately sign up for membership.

COST: $180 per seasonal term (charged quarterly) or $720 annually
How Membership Work
  1. Register and confirm your account, then choose your membership option
  2. Fill your details on our dedicated Choir Management system (click the icon above) and arrangement payment.
  3. If you attended a trial in week 6 of the term, wait for your invoice to be adjusted to $90. You'll only be charged for half the term as you didn't start from the beginning. However thereafter it will revert to the normal fee.
  4. Once your membership is approved and set up, you'll be able to attend all our Glee Clubs for all the times we have available. The membership fee is non-refundable unless there is exceptional circumstances​.
  5. You'll be given access to our Choir Management system which houses all the sheet music, video tutorials, audio files, links, special event invitations, Glee team contact details, online shop, financial information and more. 
  6. Membership fees will automatically renew (as long as your credit card details are set to auto-renew) and can be stopped anytime.
  7. There is approx. 10 weeks of singing sessions and some member only projects and workshops to attend outside that 10 week period.

What happens if I can't continue being a member?
Of course we'd miss you heaps, but we understand life gets in the way. You can simply contact us to suspend your membership until you're ready to resume.

MEMBERSHIP SEASONS & KEY DATES

The following dates apply to the 10-week term of singing for each quarter:

QUARTER ONE - 30 January to 7 April
QUARTER TWO - 25 April to 1 July
QUARTER THREE - 18 July to 23 September
QUARTER FOUR -  10 October to 16 December​
Membership quarters will generally cover the following dates and provides you with member only prices to special events and workshops (where applicable).

QUARTER ONE (1) - January 1 to March 30
QUARTER TWO (2) - April 1 to June 30
QUARTER THREE (3) - July 1 to September 30
QUARTER FOUR (4) - October 1 to December 31
